Week 6 of our Restaurant Challenge had a bit of a Cajun flare to it! Chef Danny Trace brought his outdoor kitchen to our shop and cooked up a fantastic lunch! He had a huge pot of Shrimp Etouffee going for all of our staff, a few of our clients, the President of our local Chamber of Commerce- Frances Castaneda Dyess. Thank you Chef Danny for feeding us so well! Next week, he will be back with a surprise menu. We can't wait!
