Had communication issues on vehicle #0049 taking too long on repairs.
Kacal's would like to apologize for causing any inconvenience. We know that CenterPoint is a big company and they need their vehicles back very quickly. We try our hardest to get vehicles in and out of here as soon as possible. In the future there will not be any communication issues because when we run into problems or have questions we will contact you immediately.
