I feel that I was over charged because I was told that I needed a whole new rack and pinion suspension after my car was fixed it had the same problem as before it was fixed. Then one bearing was replaced that only cost 1/8 the cost of the total suspension replacement; Now the suspension repair did not last 90 days. Now I am back in the shop and now they have replaced the part 3x and I am having to ride the Metro. The only good part is they do give you a ride to work and they are nice the drivers that is Ms Marcy, but we shall see how there 3rd repair on the same part will take. 4/2017.
Mr. Colbert, We would like to apologize for any inconvenience that was caused. At Kacal's we strive for 100% satisfaction. After speaking with my staff and shop foreman we have determined that the parts installed on your vehicle should have been recalled. The labor that was performed on your vehicle was up to our standards, but the parts that we installed were not. Different parts and various brands experience recalls from time to time. We are going to cover your repairs under warranty and take care of anything else you need. We appreciate your business and all of the business that you have referred to us.
